Leadership is one of the fundamental areas that we need to invest in. The water conflict and transformation management need outstanding leadership to turn any water challenges into an opportunity. Building the individual and institutional capacity and the face-to-face dialogue will be the legacy for the next generations providing them with proper knowledge, transferring the accumulated experiences to give them a better chance to confront the future possible acute challenge in water shortages.
